There is an additional $100 per week for Spring Break (March 29 - April 4, 2014), Easter (April 19 - April 25, 2014), and July 4th (June 28 - July 11, 2014).

- Sorry, non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
- Minimum stay 1 week.
- Rental rates are based on occupancy by two persons. The maximum occupancy is two persons including children and infants..
- All rates are subject to 12% Florida sales tax.
- A $300 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days after departure, less damages, phone charges, extra cleaning etc.
- A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of security deposit.
- All money (security deposit, rent, tax) must be received at least thirty days prior to arrival. If the unit is reserved less than thirty days prior to arrival, all money is due at the time of reservation.
- All payments must be made in US funds by bank or personal check, money order, travelers check, or credit card.
- Rates and tax are subject to change.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
- All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or legal guardian).
- Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary.
- Boat trailers, cargo trailers, mobile homes, R.V.'s, campers, commercial trucks, and motorcycles are not permitted on the property.
- Lowest rental rates at the Gulf and Bay Club Bayside.
